Cash on delivery and bank transfer
Offer manual payment methods and mark orders paid yourself.
Offline methods don't need a provider account. Orders placed with them start as awaiting payment, and you mark them paid once you've received the money.
Cash on delivery
- Enable it under Settings → Payments → Cash on delivery.
- Add optional instructions that customers see at checkout and in their confirmation email.
- Mark the order paid from the order page when the courier or you collect payment.
Bank transfer
- Enable it and enter the bank details customers should pay into.
- Customers see the details and the order number to use as a reference after checkout.
- Mark the order paid when the transfer arrives in your account.
Stock is reserved for offline orders like any other order. Cancel unpaid orders to release stock.
