We think you should know exactly where every fee comes from.

1 · Platform subscription

Paid to Storelancer

The monthly or yearly price of your plan. This is the only thing Storelancer charges you. The Starter plan is free.

2 · Payment processing

Paid to your provider

Stripe or PayPal charge their own processing fees on your sales, under your agreement with them. Storelancer doesn't add a transaction fee. Cash on delivery and bank transfer have no provider fee from us.

3 · Optional extras

None today

There are currently no paid add-ons. Domain registration, if you need a new domain, is bought from a registrar of your choice.

Billing questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Plan & billing in your dashboard. Paid upgrades go through secure checkout; moving to the free plan takes effect immediately, or at the end of the paid period if you have an active subscription.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you're above the new plan's limits you keep everything you have, but you can't add more (for example new products or staff) until you're back within the limits.

Do you charge a fee on each sale?

No. Your payment provider charges its processing fees directly. Storelancer only charges the plan subscription.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Plans that list a trial period include it the first time you subscribe to a paid plan.
