Purpose
This policy keeps the platform safe for merchants and shoppers. It applies to every store and account.
You may not use Storelancer to
- Sell illegal goods or services, or goods you don't have the right to sell. - Mislead customers, including fake reviews, false claims or impersonating another business. - Collect payment for products you don't intend to deliver. - Distribute malware, phishing pages or spam. - Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy. - Attempt to access other merchants' data or disrupt the Service.
Payment provider rules
Your payment provider has its own list of restricted businesses. You must follow the rules of every provider you connect.
Enforcement
We may suspend a store or account that breaks this policy. Suspensions include a reason, and you can contact support to discuss them. [Appeals process to be inserted.]
Reporting
To report a store, use the contact page and include the store address and what you observed.
