Add products, variants and inventory

Create a product

1. Open your store dashboard and go to Products → Add product.
2. Add a title, description and images. Images are uploaded to your store's media library.
3. Set the price (and an optional compare-at price to show a sale).
4. If the product comes in options such as size or color, add options — a variant is created for each combination, and each variant can have its own price, SKU and stock.
5. Choose whether to track inventory. Tracked variants can't be oversold; stock is reserved while a customer completes an online payment.
6. Save as draft, or set the status to Active to show it in your store once it's published.

Collections

Group products into collections (for example “New arrivals” or “Gifts”) and feature them on your home page with the builder.

CSV import and export

From the Products page you can export your catalog to CSV and import products from a CSV file. Download the export first to see the expected columns. Imports are validated row by row and errors are reported before anything is saved.
