Connect a custom domain
Point your own domain at your store and verify ownership with DNS.
Custom domains are available on plans that include them. Your store always remains reachable on its platform address too.
Add the domain
- Go to Settings → Domains → Add domain and enter the domain, for example shop.example.com.
- Storelancer shows two DNS records to create at your domain registrar or DNS provider.
DNS records
- A TXT record at _storelancer-verify.<your domain> with the value shown — this proves you own the domain.
- A CNAME record from your domain (for example shop.example.com) to the routing target shown on the page. For a root domain such as example.com, use an ALIAS/ANAME or A record as instructed, since most providers don't allow CNAME at the root.
Verify
DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to propagate. Click “Check now” on the domain page, or wait for the automatic check. The domain is only marked verified once the TXT record is found. You'll get a notification when verification succeeds or fails.
Once verified, you can make the domain your primary address; links in emails and your sitemap then use it.
